GunControlMeans.gif (46465 bytes) The Declaration of Independence states that people "are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights." The Constitution does not grant us the right to bear arms, it only insures that our God given right is not infringed. Our Congress and Courts are taking away our rights. John J. Kozlowski, Jr., as the 12th District Representative in the U.S. Congress, would not only work to stop the erosion of our rights, but actively seek the restoration of our rights.
Regulating gun ownership is punishing the innocent, instead of the guilty. We should be free to use weapons for recreation and self-defense, but there must be severe consequences, including restitution, for those who use weapons in committing a crime.
John J. Kozlowski, Jr. would vote for the bill that allows a state issued concealed weapon permit to be valid in all states, just like your driver's license.
