A “Clause” is the primary object to allocate space of an arbitrary length. It is must frequently used for simple text, but has no restrictions. The total space of a Clause is a 2 to the Nth power in bytes, less the object header and length value. While it can be logically done, by convention a Clause will not have a Object_Sibling or Object_Child. The parent, such as a Fact or Log, will have an internal pointer to it, and manage allocation and deletion. The Object_Tie is also unused as a reference, except for withing a Computer_Run, should not be done. A non-zero value in Object_Sibling, Object_Child, or Object_Tie will be flagged as a bug. |
